What next?! Doing the same to airlines?
This ruling currently exempts airlines, buses and sea travel.
Your Honor, the SafetyFirst Airline’s defense that their planes did not fly due to very severe weather is of no matter. Neither does their defensive claim that 5 planes of other airlines were brought down with over 3 hundred dead passengers have nothing to do with my client’s incovenience.
