The midsection of the article reads like any playbook the left has ever produced. Destroying some group, or folks that they deem unworthy, or not viable - see Planned Parenthood, eugenics, euthanasia, or even the grim reapers that gave us Obamacare.
Progressives/socialists are just plain demonic. There is NO good in them. Therefore, they continually produce evil fruit. Does anyone really think that if left unchecked, that the very sick, young, and old, or even political rivals will eventually be denied care under Obamacare? The bureaucrats have already tried in a few cases to deny expensive treatment or transplants. That is only going to get worse the more centralized and bureaucratic the control.
After millions of abortions in the US, are we that far away from China's forced abortions? The left has already forcibly sterilized folks in the past, is it a stretch to believe we might see it again under a government-run "health care" system?
Rahm's brother calls his twisted plan - the complete life system, which places value on life at various stages. Once implemented, does anyone trust some bureaucrat with a life/death decision for them or their family? Hospitals already "nudge" end of life decisions to save money. This will only get worse when coverage for those deemed to old, too sick, too Christian, or too Conservative is denied.
Radical groups like the Weather Underground (whose members have many links to the current regime) openly discussed the necessity of cleansing and eradicating millions that did not support their revolution. Sounds a whole lot like Germany in the 30s and 40s to me.
The modern left is just as evil as their forebears the Nazis. They just don't have the snazzy uniforms, a disarmed public, and the concentration camps...yet.

It is my opinion that it has already begun over here and the targets are legitimate gun owners, Conservatives, Christians, and White people in general. I believe, My FRiend, that we are already several miles down the same road Germany started down in 1933. Only problem is, we do not have anyone to save us but us and thus far we have been unwilling to do that.
We will do it later. The only problem with that from what I read is there was a segment of the German population that thought the same thing. The problem with was that they discovered that the NAZIs were always one or two steps ahead of them.

It is more a beer drinking buddies Saturday afternoon movie, fun, kind of intriguing.
It is definitely a B movie but it is isn’t predictable and cliched, it is it’s own movie, B grade and strange but fresh and fun to watch.

As for Winifred Wagner - a charming woman whom I met - you could not be more wrong. Yes, she was in love with Hitler, but she threatened the life of her own daughter, Friedelind, when Friedelind ran away to Switzerland to disassociate herself from the Nazis. As a result of the death threat, Friedelind left for England and spent the war in a camp for enemy aliens, while her family lived it up as favorites of the fuhrer. I know for a fact that until her dying day - decades after the end of the war - Frau Winifred kept a portrait of Hitler prominently displayed on her dressing table.
WW gave an lengthy interview in the mid-70s and said that if Hitler walked through her door right there and then she would greet him with open arms. But it’s an open question of how much she shared Hitler politics. She claimed that she expressed her disgust with Kristalnacht to Hitler directly and helped a lot of Jewish performers at the time.
I think I saw a Charles Bronson film that falls into that category. More than likely a Golan-Globus Cannon production.
