Don’t go overseas. Go to a dental college if you can. That’s what I’m doing. Paying 10% of what a local dentist charges.

Maybe if I need a cleaning or a filling, sure. But not for major dental work such as implants.

I used to go to a dental school for dental care when I was young and uninsured. Be careful, though - they sometimes do more than needed, such as drilling cavities that were already filled, just to satisfy some academic requirement. (Then again, sometimes you have to worry about what professional dentists will do to you, too.)
