The first phase of the project will include a storage and logistics rail loading facility that will provide services for local producers for crude. This facility is projected to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2014.
The second phase of the project will be a 10,000 barrel per day crude processing plant that will process local crudes and condensates into naptha, fuel oil, diesel and jet fuel. It is expected to employ approximately 300 workers at peak construction. This phase should be operational by mid 2015.
The third phase of the project will be an additional 5,000 barrel per day crude processing plant that will produce refined paraffin waxes and lube oils. This phase should be operational in 2016. One all phases of the project are complete up to 125 permanent jobs will have been created.
