[Bronze plan has a 40% copay. Better hope to not get sick or injured.]

All the stories I've seen touting lower rates—including one this morning in the Washington Post—fail to mention co-pays or deductibles. If a plan has a $3,000 deductible and a 40 percent co-pay then it won't be utilized by the average policy holder.

My previous "cadillac plan" has been so degraded that is what I have now.

And you are right, I never use it.
