It’s too late to primary Cornyn and he knows it. We are stuck with him for 6 more years.
The only challenger to him that I know of is Erick Wyatt. He is a Tea Party type. I looked for him on Facebook and he has a grand total of 300 followers. That is not good.

It most certainly is not too late. We were able to take Cruz to a run-off...and that effort didn't start until a few month before the election.

I am with you though. Erick or Dwayne don’t have the political power to defeat Cornyn. Unless WE change that.
With all due respect. That is the same thing nearly everyone was saying about Cruz vs Dewhurst.
Cornyn is ripe for picking off and he knows it or he would be answering his phones.
Also, do you really think that we were enamored with Rick Perry and therefor Kay Baily lost the Govs race? Could it be that most of us in Texas have had a belly full of Republicans that act like Dems. Besides war chest is not everything or once again, Cruz would have never beat Dewhurst.
I believe the filing deadline isn’t until December 9, 2013 for the March primary. Cornyn is up for re-election in this coming election cycle. There is time for other candidates. This fiasco might bring a new prospect.

This sounds just like Cornyn and the other RINO’s talking about defunding Obamacare. It’s never too late. Ask Dewhurst about his loss to Cruz. You underestimate the people of Texas.
