Why can’t the people we hire to run our government and their advisors speak in gentleman-like and lady-like terms? We pay them enough. Why do they always sound like they are in a back bar-room somewhere?
Simple, power corrupts, absolute power absolutely. How else to shout your power than acting and sounding like a thug. In a different life these hacks would be Mafia Dons or Central Committee Members.
