in the case of law enforcement personnel, it is important to file administrative proceedings against their state and federal certifications. most states have some form of department of law enforcement with which you can file a grievance. time to start hanging paper on the sociopaths. patterns will emerge. the same people will be involved time and again in excessive force or unwarranted intervention episodes. tag em.
