Ajay Patel, Nairobi, told the BBC: “I was driving home from a meeting, but was stuck in traffic at the main entrance to the mall. I heard shooting and looked in my rear-view mirror. I saw three men with scarves over their heads jumping out of a Toyota pro box two vehicles behind me and start shooting indiscriminately.”
