Nor am I. If the Lefties want to drag this to Supremes, they’d ultimately be imperiling Obama and whatever legacy he hopes to leave. If it was found that Obama was not a NBC, the Constitutional crisis we’d face would be massive. Then again, with the Left having a tendency to want to cut off their nose to spite their face, I wouldn’t put it past them to do something like this just to keep Cruz, who they deem an immediate and very real threat, out of the White House.

Then again, Lefties also have a tendency toward lunacy on the order of Oswald and Hinkley.
