Even most Republicans, in their candid moments, admit that the Affordable Care Act won't be defunded. But for former Vice Presidential Nominee and Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, that's not good enough.
"We’d like to believe that the GOP establishment would applaud the way [Sens. Ted Cruz and Mike Lee] have rallied the grassroots to their cause," Palin writes, in an op-ed penned for the conservative website Breitbart. "But, no, such praise would require a commensurate level of guts and leadership, and the permanent political class in D.C. is nothing if not gutless and rudderless."
"But the permanent political class is handwringing and howling that if there’s a government shutdown the media will blame Republicans for it," she continues. "Here’s a little newsflash, GOP establishment: Whenever anything bad happens, the media blames Republicans for it."

NO!!!! most Republicans DO NOT admit that Obamacare won’t be defunded, only the ones Levy speaks to. In any case, no matter what the vote, it is time to take names and record their vote. The RINOs should be targeted for the next election and sent packing.
Notice how the debate is framed. The Dems and their MSM propagandists never want to all the garbage in kenyancare bill but instead just talk about “defund” in general terms. Law of the land, yada yada yada, etc.
The GOP is failing to articulate with specific examples exactly why it needs to be defunded on a consistent basis. That makes me think the fix is in to fund it.

Not passing Obamacare will shut the government down? = anytime the far left does not get their way....the government will shut down......the President’s 2014 Budget "demonstrates that we can make critical investments to strengthen the middle class, create jobs, and grow the economy while continuing to cut the deficit in a balanced way". Ah yes...strengthen the middle class...(millions out of jobs and millions more on food stamps)....There are more Fairy Tales emanating from Nancy Pelosi, Valerie Jarret, as to the mystical powers of Obamacare and how it actually KILLS the middle class...Unions know it, the Congress and Senate and their staffs know it, Justice Roberts and his court know it....these politically correct elected and appointed don't want any part of OBAMACARE....neither do I...an American Citizen.
