Unfortunately, Harry Reid and the Democrats plan to add Obamacare funding back into the bill using a procedural trick that allows them to fund Obamacare with only 50 votes. Did you read the article? The above statement is apparently false. Obamacare is funded by the Act that established it not by a continuing resolution to fund the government. The Democrats don't have to "add" funding for Obamacare.
