No, it has not been defunded by the House.

The House stripped all Obamacare funding.,p>Will the Senate strip the House "defund language" from the bill? Hope not but I won't hold my breath.

I am not certain about this but I believe that all budget bills must originate in the House. If the Senate were to change the bill already passed by the House they would in fact be originating their own bill.

I could be wrong about that though...
