Miley Cyrus IS a psyop. Everything she does is scripted and scientifically designed. Her target audience are 8 to 14 fourteen year old girls. Her purpose is the moral degradation and arrested development of those young girls. Those young girls won't grow up to produce strong families of moral character that can resit tyranny.

I was so puzzled by the STUPID hair bits on the top of her head and grossed out with the dagger tongue, my son said something that made it all click.
He said that Hollywood has a lot of devil worshippers and they have to turn the innocent little girls (and maybe the boys too?). I thought that would explain the little “horns” of her hair. And the pointed tongue? maybe devilish?
It made more sense to me than most things I could come up with to explain that horrible dance.
I weep for this country!
