FBI barred from making Benghazi arrests in Libya (Hussein's highest priority)

The Libyan government will not allow the FBI into Benghazi to arrest suspects for last year's deadly terror attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission, a top State Department official told a House panel on Wednesday.

Federal authorities have filed charges against suspects in connection with the September 11 attack on the mission and nearby CIA annex that killed Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans.

But Republicans on the House Foreign Affairs Committee said they were shocked nobody has been brought to justice.

"Not one terrorist perpetrator has been captured or killed, despite the president saying that this was his highest priority," said Rep. Ed Royce, the panel's Republican chairman.

New book & film coming about attack on American mission in Libya

Thunder Road has acquired the film rights to “The Embassy House,” the book penned by ex-British Marine Morgan Jones and Damien Lewis, being published next month by Simon & Schuster — expected to again reignite the controversy over decisions made at the time of the attack.

Were they going to get permission from the Syrian government for their upcoming "incredibly small" attack there?

Anyone think Benghazi and Syria are tied together in an impeachable bow?

” despite the president saying that this was his highest priority,”

Obfuscating and squelching this was (is) his highest priority.

Yes, but the ribbon is a lot longer than that.

Hey, thank your lucky stars the members of the Obama Administration are so lazy, incompetent and inept.

Most of the rumors about the true agenda of the Obamas are 100% correct, it's just the people they have put in place to implement that agenda are self limiting as to the amount of that agenda they are competent to make happen.

If they were competent enough to really effectively implement their agenda we would all be in the world of hurt.

When would the F, the B, and the I make time for such inessential tasks, anyway? They're busy blackmailing congressmen and Supreme Court justices, aren't they?

So that’s the thanks the US gets for bombing Qaddafi out of his perch, heh? America is forewarned about Syria.

I think it is a higher crime than impeachment and is treason. Giving aid to our enemy is treason.

If this is found out to be true. Arrest, try and if convicted, hang by neck until dead for ALL conspirators.

IIRC, right after the attack the Libyan govt said it was not a random act of violence, but a terrorist attack. The admin dismissed it because we all know it was because of an anti-muslim video produced in the US, a Youtube video seen by maybe 3 people, max.

In fact I recall watching a segment on FOX in which an obamite snickered and said [paraphrased] “...Libyan intelligence, there's an oxymoron...”

I DO NOT agree with the Libyan refusal. But I can understand, sort of. They should do the right thing. We have no one to blame but the CIC who seems to think ridicule is a form of diplomacy.
