You have states handing out driver's licenses to illegal aliens who present no other form of ID and get an official driver's license just by signing another document where they swear they are who they say they are. Do you think an 'identity loophole' like that would make a 'background check' more or less valid than a US Military 'Secret' security clearance like the Navy Yard shooter had?"
