It is a concealed carry state for those with the proper permits.
Concealed carry means people can’t see the weapon. If it is in plane sight you have failed at concealed carry.

I would say SO! If people on a PLANE can see it from THAT distance, you have REALLY failed at concealing the weapon! :-)
