A “SWAT” or tactical response vehicle just entered the area & now police heilo lowering a basket on the roof top, like a flight medic dropping into the build.
The flight medic, if that's what he was, was armed with a rifle. They raised the basket and it looked like there was a body, hopefully just injured, in the basket.
