At least during the Cold War, we had one party that was trying to advance the interests of the US.
So I guess now Russia can do whatever it wants... The non aggression pact etc...
If venture is peaceful, usually it does not require the label of peace, like McDonalds for example.
So why insist there is no Cold War?
Fact is, Russia is still fighting WWII... And against us. Heck, there are still Germans with gripes against the UK.
