Yes, but a lot of people seem willing to shift responsibility to someone else, to the bikers, instead of taking responsibility for action themselves. I will grant such people that it’s hard to do so individually and a lot of bikers are already organized into clubs or at least informal riding groups.

There is no such thing as a “native” American. NO humans were indigenous to this continent. ALL were immigrants. Enough with the lionizing of the Indians already. I like the Canadian term "First Nation" though the people here when the Europeans came were probably not the first group to be here.
