OTOH, maybe they have assessed Obama and Kerry correctly. Maybe they are that dumb.
The bottom line is that this fiasco has been a strategic disaster. Iran will now obtain its nuclear weapons within a year. Pity that Obama was so foolish as to place his hopes with the al Qaeda dominated rebels who were routinely performing anti Christian atrocities.
