I think you are onto something about sueing her out of existance since it was the only way to stop her albeit for a short time. Fighting petty lawsuits can be very time and resources consuming. I hope she can come back and stick it to the libs BIG TIME.

Well, the key thing here is that rather than send a quiet cease-and-desist letter (which could have been contested anyway), the claimant here immediately jumped to expensive litigation as its preferred remedy for its perceived injury.

It's certainly a political attack, and nothing else.
