Congress approved this in July 2013.
Nobody was looking at the time...I think the distraction was the Benghazi hearings...
In July, Senate and House Intelligence Committees approved this..I don’t think this decision was given to the full house. When Diane Feinstein, who chairs the senate committee was asked about the secret vote for approval, she replied, “It’s classified.”
These House and Senate Intelligence Committee members who okayed this in July should hear from constituents.
