Far be it from me to think that Obama considers America "great"...on the contrary, I believe Obama hates the Constitution, Christianity and capitalism.
What makes America great are those three things, not in that order.
Putin is wrong to think America is not exceptional...we are. Obama is wrong because he says we are exceptional, because he says this only to stroke his ego.
Yes, Putin misunderstands what American exceptionalism is, and Obama is the epitome of that arrogance and self righteousness.
