The policies of eugenics live on today in the form of street corner abortion clinics, ethnic ghettos, and the laissez-faire view of liberals toward drugs, crime and murder in the inner cities. Most 21st Century liberals don't know that the minimum wage was instituted to price blacks, Mexicans and immigrants out of the labor market. Black teenagers are the demographic with the highest unemployment rate. If employers were allowed to hire them for $4 an hour I believe many of them would work.
