I think your math is little off. Try December 2016, right after the federal election of a US president and before Obama leave the White Hut in January of 2016.

Actually, I think your math is a bit off. The presidential election — if one is still permitted at that point — will be in November of 2016, and the inauguration will be in January of 2017.

But who knows? We may be living under martial law by then....
