No he didn’t, his music writing crosses many fields of music.

But the show on RFDTV features the old and nearly forgotten muscians like Jean Shepard, Skeeter Davis, Grandpa Jones, Roy Clark and recently added Vince Gill in. Both Larry’s Dinner and Family Reunion are worth watching just for the back stories you get. They are doing a looking back series now, and it has many of the greats who have passed on to Glory featured.

Oh, yes he did invent Rap. This is from 1979, but he was talking his way through songs back in the 50's as well...with rhythm and poetry.
