Where people get this stuff? Remember Al Gore's retracted concession in 2000 and the fight that followed?

The reality is, a concession is just a nice pleasantry. It means nothing and is entirely optional. If a candidate concedes early and the late vote returns change the outcome, the concession legally means nothing.
