Time Warner Inc is planning to transfer its U.S. retirees from company-sponsored health plans and move them to private insurance exchanges. According to an August memo obtained by Reuters, the media company will make allocations to a Health Reimbursement Arrangement account for retirees to use towards the purchase of coverage on an exchange. Previously, Time Warner provided an indirect subsidy through a supplementary Medicare program.

Which is probably one of the major reasons for Obamacare.
Obamacare (aka Boehnercare) is working as designed.
Sure, and Medicare will eventually be phased out and the elders put into the exchanges.
All this is leading up to a one-payer system just like Europe.
Of course there will be concierge care for those who can afford it. Those who can afford it, will also be those who can endrun the government imposed cap on care for the elderly, i.e., over 75yo heart, lung, cancer treatment, knee and hip replacements and so forth.
Our rulers are exempt, you know?
Obviously these people weren’t happy with their insurance. Otherwise they could have kept it. /s

In reality, it IS good to see business pushing back! My own company is cutting hours save for primary staff and has already changed insurance carriers.
