Yes. We know what was on Obama’s mind between April 13th and April 20th, 2011, when the NSA and FBI decided they wanted to change from what they had submitted to the FISA court just a week earlier.
I’m trying to figure out what exactly might have triggered this - if there was some specific event, or if the pressure was just building to a point where they knew they had to do something about it.
On April 11, 2011, Michael Issikof reported on his interview with Fukino, and it raised more questions than it answered - what with Fukino’s tortured wording and saying that the BC was “half written, half typed”. I’m wondering if they watched the public response to that and realized within that week that the interview wasn’t working - that Trump and Corsi had raised a valid point about him hiding his BC.
Something occurred to me just now. I bet they wanted to be able to monitor in real time the people who knew what had happened, so they could make sure any emails or calls about it were intercepted and/or ended. I’d bet money that Alvin Onaka and the HDOH’s phone lines and emails were being monitored in real time.
Once a certification is submitted to the FISA court, the regime can act as if it was approved, based on supposed national security needs, as soon as the judge acknowledges that there is a national security interest.
Obama personally wrote a letter requesting his BC on Friday the 22nd; I believe the plan was to present it on the morning of the following Wed so that he could gloat about it with Oprah in front of the low-information voters that afternoon. So they needed to have the judge give them the nod by Monday, when Onaka would be brought in to photocopy the BC in front of Fuddy. That’s when Onaka could be dangerous to them.
I wonder when the judge agreed that they could use this certification while it was being considered by the court.
