I see we have another full court five show press this Sunday. The WH Chief of Staff will attempt to pull The One’s bacon out of the fire. Will he be able to convince the American people we need to go to war to save us from The One’s slip of the tongue? Not as far as I’m concerned.

Thank you as usual AB for the thread. This is going to be a very interesting week.

Morning AB, all...

....I type this morning from Disney World’s Fort Wilderness, in a cabin, in a canyon....NO WAIT!

Spent these past days since Monday here, returning home to Delaware tomorrow. Drove down in two days, driving back in one.

Had a great time. If ever there is a lesson to be learned on capitalism, it’s in Disney World.

Been keeping up on the Syria situation, am still in shock.

No, not in shock that Obama got himself involved in all this, but shock that OUR guys are on his side.

Folks, we have no opposition party.

We have one huge political class is all.

The White House is showing particularly gruesome video of gas effects in their briefings to Congress, trying to get members riled up. King and Kinzinger have fallen for it. They need to answer these charges before voting for more useless Middle East military action:

At Zero Hedge - High-Level U.S. Intelligence Officers: Syrian Government Didn’t Launch Chemical Weapons

The Obama administration has selectively used intelligence to justify military strikes on Syria, former military officers with access to the original intelligence reports say, in a manner that goes far beyond what critics charged the Bush administration of doing in the run-up to the 2003 Iraq war.

According to these officers, who served in top positions in the United States, Britain, France, Israel, and Jordan, a Syrian military communication intercepted by Israel’s famed Unit 8200 electronic intelligence outfit has been doctored so that it leads a reader to just the opposite conclusion reached by the original report.

Looks like White House chief of staff Denis McDonough, got his orders to go on every show and sell our lies as the truth.

I must apologize to all of you... After two hours of trying to predict the themes for today, all that I can derive after distillation is a huge pile of camel feces.

Topic of the morning: Syria?

It is such a problem that Obama will give a national speech — on Tuesday.

It is such a problem that Obama had to go golfing yesterday to clear his head.

Bad news, according to F&F Headlines: Obama loses Senator Pryor on the Syria problem.

[Just co-inky-dinks that Pryor is up for reelection and is facing some serious challengers. He might get ‘Lincolned’ this fall.]

No Mc & Cheezy-the-sidekick this morning. Notice how Rubio is avoiding most of the newstalkies any more. Apparently, his political rehabilitation is not being very successful. NH polling has him dropping like a rock.

Seems to me, the regime is using a video again and sending out a spokesman to defend their impending actions/inactions!

F&F news clip

Kerry: the Syrian civil war is going to require political solution, not a military one.

==

[key phrase: civil war. It is their civil war. At most, US intervention can only throw fuel on the situation. Russia, China and Iran have already expressed they might take ‘action’ if Obama does interfere.]

[Does Kerry realize that, with the first bomb drop, the Syrian civil war does involve military? Kerry, like Obama, can talk out of both sides of his mouth and still not really say anything of significance.]

White House chief of staff Denis McDonough has three modes:
LYING, evading questions,and attempting to
shift blame while also blaming others.

al Qaeda NEVER had a better friend
than Obama-the-Undocumented First Moslem.

White House chief of staff Denis McDonough
continues to actually PROTECT the murderers at Benghazi.
He claims the pRes_ _ent has caught the murderers,
and that he “(did) what he says”, even though
Wallace points out that reporters had no trouble
finding the murderers.

CONCLUSION: More proof that the White Hut’s SOLE
GOAL is protecting terrorists against the American
people and raped US Ambassadors (TO THIS DAY).

Here’s a video, posted several months ago, of White House cryptkeeper McDonough saying we’re supporting anti-Assad rebels in Syria already, and will do more! “That assistance will expand,” he says. But “we’re not gonna rush to war.”

another week of TV talking about Syria instead of defunding ObamaKare / upcoming budget fight / Benghazi/ IRS /NSA.... so far this Syria thing is working out for Obama to avoid National issues.

One bright spot is that some are thinking that a Syria attack defeat in congress will hurt him in the coming weeks of National issue debates.

Hume has to ‘school’ Kurtz on Benghazi. Kurtz tries to provide cover for the administration’s botching. Hume points out the administration’s weeks of lies about the video.
