P!
VERY Japanese form of insanity:
Gamma beams abound, sure, but WHO is pocketing all the staplers, HMMMMMMmmm...?!!?!
Hahahahh, omg, only in Japan, oh, man...!
All work must stop until we find out who stole the boss’s sudoku book.

Yakuza recruits: homeless people, people who owe money to Yakuza, people whose life is back against the wall and about to have a free fall. Now they are pushed into working around dangerous level of radiation. That is, many of them don’t really care one way or another. It is natural that those people behave this way.
Sounds like they brought in scum to work and they brought along their bad behaviors. Decent workers have long since left to find jobs out of the glow area.
