It could probably be shown by facts and figures that there is no distinctly native American criminal class except Congress.

Congress should not even address the offer because it shows they are onboard with Obamacare. Instead they should insist that if Congress is exempt, then the American people are also exempt and they should move to defund the entire law.
They’re not going to do anything about Obamacare.
You might as well call it GOPcare. They own it by not even legitimately attempting to defund it.
