There seems to be a lot of Black on White attacks for a state whose Black population is about 3.5% of the total population.

Tacoma is over 11% Black, which I think is the highest in the state.

Seattle is around 8%.

I will guess that almost all the Black-on-white violence in Washington state takes place in the Seattle-Tacoma corridor.
