With a nod to the historical irony, she is arguing to her Democratic colleagues that Syria is different from the earlier conflict. She spoke passionately in an interview about the "human rights catastrophe" in Syria, saying a "limited, targeted" attack "that will be over fast" could prevent the future use of weapons of mass destruction. And she called on Obama to make a more forceful argument for military action.

As much as the Bush team sought to protect its history with the Saudis and various problems in the Middle East....the same can be said for the Obama team and it’s Libya/Egypt/Syria projects.
To be honest, no one much believes the media talkers on the subject now, and folks are simply turning the news off....completely. That’s why you find no one supporting the war.
There won’t be enough votes to carry out military action, and the news media will waste an entire week trying to explain to the public why the Republicans were at fault....yet half the negative votes were Democrat. Again, folks will merely turn the news off, and settle back for reality TV....like the Amish Mafia, or NCAA football. Both are fake enough...to enjoy.

THAT California would select and choose Nancy Pelosi to represent them, shows me the level of their academic gene pool is really corrupted. She does make a good pair with Mr. Obama. Two perfect peas in a pod. This is an interesting time to be alive. I´m having fun watching this all unfold.
