Yes that would do it if the monitoring is just for the content of the message. However, these messages would be stored and when you check them in detail you can see the frequencies of the transmitted talk and if there are any distortions that can be compared to the other known radio transmitters etc. You can be fooled in the beginning but not after a couple of analysis. The take home message is no to trust the first analysis.

I have yet to see any evidence that any factual analysis is being used in this situation.

This administration is heavily skewed towards chasing smoke and mirrors from the CIA and the State Dept.

They appear to have silenced the DOD, and entirely corrupted the NSA.
They are now a deeply entrenched domestic enemy, IMHO.

It took this nation a few short decades to get to this unbelievably sickening low point, but here we all stand, now.

We can't wait for spring.....
