Actually, I did notice it when I saw footage of the hearings.
Whenever I see him or 0 on tv, I change the channel. Can’t stand to see them or listen to either of them. Even Putin knows they lie. And one liar can spot another one in a second. Kerry’s looking pretty sickly, I’ll say that for sure.

Strictly from an appearance standpoint, the old Kerry was a little goofy looking, but except for his brief experiment with orangeness, not objectionable at all.
The "new" Kerry looks bizarre, as if every photograph of him was Photoshopped to give him some sort of macho manly look.

But, seriously though, there is something changed about his facial appearance. His face is more pale than before (not enough time on the windsurfer board I guess) but also noticeably puffier, almost bloated. Under the glare of the TV lights of the congressional hearings, he looked especially bad, and I don't just mean his testimony. Botox? Stress? Illness? His face is not as "chiseled" as it was recently in the Senate. As a Photoshopper myself, it does almost look like his facial images on TV and online have been manipulated by Photoshop. Aging can do wonders to faces at his age too. Maybe it's a combination of several things. But as vain and arrogant as he has always been, I vote for Botox injections gone bad.
