Just score the tests “inversely”—the more incorrect answers the higher the score. That would allow Obama’s sons to be hired and promoted in greater numbers.

Welfare, bastardy, drugs, black culture, and public education already had their “disparate impact”.
Unbiased tests just reveal that impact.
As would any reality based judgement.
