Yesterday, it was the Senate committee on foreign relations, today it is the House committee on foreign affairs' turn. Hagel, Kerry, and a seemingly begrudging General Dempsey trudge across the street to re-pitch the 'surgical, 90-day minimum, no-well-maybe-some-boots-on-the-ground' "use of force in Syria," and "weighing the Obama Administration's Response."

Kerry and Hagel perform "Oh What a Lovely War"

I called my Virginia Senators and Rep. yesterday to “respectfully” request they vote no on any military action in Syria. Warner: office had a recording, Bozo the Kaine: phone would disconnect after the third ring, Frank Wolf had someone manning the phone and before I finished speaking she said Wolf will vote no. That speaks volumes to me. Rep. Wolf has a long history for fighting for human rights and speaking out against abuses. And if he sees no good from this debacle, it must really be a bad deal.
I vote to send OBayMe, Kerry, Dempsey, Hagel and the US Congress to Syria. Let them put themselves in the front lines.
I called Ami Bera’s DC office and his staffer couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough. He said the Congressman was “studying” the issue. I asked what he was studying and the “kid” wanted off the phone.
Microsoft Security Essentials says that there are multiple instances of malware on that link. I’ll pass.
At Zero Hedge? I have no problems. With that site.
I read Zerohedge several times a day. Rush does too. Maybe Microsoft doesn’t want you to be exposed to “radical” sites.
Do they stream ads? Sometimes perfectly legitimate sites get stuck with an ad stream or two full of malware, which gets them on blacklists.
Duncan, I think that’s his name, from South Carolina got under Kerry’s botox. To the point that Kerry said he served in Viet Nam. But he wouldn’t answer the question about Benghazi. Even when the congressman quoted Hillary’s “What difference does it make?” statement.
I want to put McCain in a jet and see how long before some Syrian shoots him down and yells “Allah Akbar!”. And before the flames start, I know he “served” his country. He also “served” the North Vietamese and “dis-served” his fellow POWs. He no longer deserves a free pass. Playing poker while discussing killing people is another reason he no longer deserves respect.

I returned to the site a few minutes ago trying to duplicate the problem but the site was ‘clean’ this time.

Ah well - To err is human. To really mess things up takes a computer :)
Good, it is a good site especially for finance and economics.
