This is an administration in Portland that can't deal with the homeless literally camping within smelling range of City Hall.

The advantage, however, is that Oregon is a Shall Issue state, and the feral population doesn't DARE to drive out of their little ghetto. The only whites they CAN assault are in town on bicycles, and would never have a .45 in a fanny pac.

Personally, considering who the animals are preying on, IE anti gun liberal bike riders, I'm having a hard time seeing a down side. It's sort of Darwinian...

Rest assured, if these Sons of Obama were to try it in Hillsboro, Gresham, West Lynn, they would stand an excellent chance of catching a Hydroshok between the running lights.
