I was very please Luke scored the F35. I miss Willys AFB. This valley was *made* for homes for the Air Force with the weather, the long flat lands. Is Goldwater Range going to get the use it deserves when the F35s are online?
I’m less sure about other specialties, but in mine, psychiatry, the VA system does not really aim at curing illness so much a providing the “therapeutic” structure of institutionalization.
It is a bureaucracy, and the purpose of a bureaucracy is never its stated goal, but its own perpetuation, expansion and acquisition of resources and power.
If people want to get well they have to go to someone who wants that as well, and who has therefore been motivated enough to learn how to do it - i.e. the private sector (which is now scheduled for termination).

Sequestration; cut-back on flights leading to entire squadron’s losing their C-status, no more training rotations or exercises, lack of fuel for local training, and cut-backs of personnel readiness efforts, draw-downs in force numbers (resulting in waiting lists to enter) and terrible economy (adding to the waiting list), and the list goes on. And let’s talk about TRICARE and its cost increases. . .and the social engineering going on . . .homo “marriage” and anti-Christian efforts. . .as well as forced tolerance for the liberal agenda in all its forms (a Sgt was recently red-lined and faced, I think, NJP because he voiced his objection to homo marriage). . .and the DoD listing patriots and Christians and states rights people as possible terrorist or hate crime suspects. . .I don’t think I agree with your objection that the military is being decimated by The One.
Decimated means more than a reduction in numbers. . .it also applies to the ability to fly, fight and win, and in the case of the Air Force, it surely has been decimated.
I don’t know where you live but out here in Arizona we are flying sorties from sun up to sun down. I wake up to the sound of freedom daily. The only thing preventing early flight training is the bitching of the blue hairs. What state do you live in? There’s no lack of fuel. You are just making shit up. The only reason we almost lost out on the F-35 program to Eglin AFB was because the locals wanted to reduce the hours of flight training.

You are confusing one base as representative of the entire service(s).
From your first post on this thread onward, you freely identified yourself as Air Force.
You are not honoring your “beloved Air Force” by repeated use of profanity and accusing people of lying. In fact, you dishonor your Air Force and violate Air Force policy (http://www.af.mil/Portals/1/documents/SocialMediaGuide2013.pdf).
Page 3, “Things to Consider.” Bullet 3 states; “Keep your interaction conversational and informal, yet PROFESSIONAL AND TASTEFUL.”
Page 7, “16 Useful Social Media Tips.” While many of the bullets apply to your FR postings, you should note bullet 7, “Beware of the Image You Present”, and 9, “Avoid the Offensive.”
Ask yourself, would your wing CC (Mike) support your use of insulting profanity and accusations of lying, especially when you proudly proclaim you are a representative of, or representing, the Air Force?
It is also clear that you are bumping up against, if not crossing FR guidelines by engaging in personal insults and attacks. (another violation of Air Force policy, see page 7, bullet 16, “Follow Terms of Service.”
Perhaps the 56th PA Commanders Hotline (56fw.pa@us.af.mil), 623-856-7011, would be interested in hearing that one of their proud members is not behaving in accordance with Air Force policy so they can remind active-duty personnel of their responsibilities when posting on-line.
One can engage in spirited debate and vigorous defense of their service while at the same time avoid personal insults and profanity.
