Bush went about the Iraq war the right way, presented his case to the congress, UN, world leaders, Americans, etc. to ask for support. Only when he got the necessary support he took action.
The pResident, said he would take military action, got push back, realized he wasn’t President of The World, threw a temper tantrum, gave a speech saying “I can, but I won’t” and went golfing.
