Mark your calendar: Aug. 28, 2013. That was the day the roof fell in on President Obama. Our closest ally, Congress, the media and our military demonstrated their utter contempt for him. He has tried to avoid the world and U.S. involvement in it, so, naturally, his sudden call to arms (however weak and unsatisfactory) has provoked waves of skepticism.

This from the WaPo!!!! I think it is just from a Jennifer Rubin blog, so it doesn't really count.
The pResident has never really commanded any respect. Yes he has his legions of idolaters, but there is no respect. Respect needs to be earned. And if someone has done nothing all his life but whined and flapped his jaws - what is there to respect? His nickname is Zero for a reason.
