Laz, I have had type II for more than a dozen years.
Take your meds if prescribed my friend. I lost 2 aunts and a mother in law with that illness. Please take it seriously.
Its easy. We need to know about carbs, exercise etc.

Red, I’ve been doing so well with this, I am now under the A1C required for meds. I am never going to be CURED of type II, but I *am* putting it in remission. Thanks for your concerned thoughts....
