Cameron now says he will first wait for the UN team to submit its findings, make a "genuine attempt" at rounding up unanimous Security Council support for a forceful response, and will then hold a second vote, likely around Tuesday of next week.The UN provides great cover for politicians who don't want to do anything.

George H. Bush worked the UN until they passed a resolution to invade Iraq. Plus he had a large number of countries supporting the operation, many Mid-east nations included - ditto his Dad #41.
Obama has zero world support now that England and France have dropped away.
