Does the Bill of Rights anywhere guarantee Federal agents the right to bear arms?
I didn’t think so.
So let’s compromise, as Lindsey Graham and John McCain are fond of saying, and allow the Progressives a gun control victory by disarming all Federal agents. This will prevent the murder of innocents caused by para-military, no-knock raids (which clearly violate the Fourth Amendment).
The rest of us will retain our weapons.
Taking the guns from Federal agents would definitely take guns off the streets that don’t need to be there.
