The Obama administration and its Capitol Hill underlings dismiss America’s rising call for impeachment of Dear Leader Barack Hussein Obama as a rightwing, white fringe movement.

Case in point: The National Black Republican Association (NBRA) has filed Articles of Impeachment against Barack Obama.
It reads:
We, black American citizens, in order to free ourselves and our fellow citizens from governmental tyranny, do herewith submit these Articles of Impeachment to Congress for the removal of President Barack H. Obama, aka, Barry Soetoro, from office for his attack on liberty and commission of egregious acts of despotism that constitute high crimes and misdemeanors.
On July 4, 1776, the founders of our nation declared their independence from governmental tyranny and reaffirmed their faith in independence with the ratification of the Bill of Rights in 1791. Asserting their right to break free from the tyranny of a nation that denied them the civil liberties that are our birthright, the founders declared:
“When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” – Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776.
The Articles of Impeachment range from the Benghazi cover up and stonewalling, to the NSA’s unconstitutional spy-games against American citizens, to Illicit-Lawmaker-in-Chief Obama’s continued usurpations of Congress – and that’s just a small sample.

Making this all the sweeter for the future of the Frederick Douglass Liberty Messenger movement is that this effort comes just days after Rep. Tim Scott (R-SC) – the only black lawmaker in the U.S. Senate whose entire political career has been supported by liberty advocates – blasted Harry Reid for suggesting Republican opposition to Barack Obama is the result of racism.
“Instead of engaging in serious debate about the failed policies of this administration – from the ever-increasing burdens created by the national healthcare reform plan to the tax and spend approach to economic recovery, along with countless others – Democrats are once again trying to hide behind a smokescreen,” Sen. Scott said.
“Our country deserves more from those in Washington,” Scott added. “I hope Senator Reid will realize the offensive nature of his remarks and apologize to those who disagree with the president’s policies because of one thing – they are hurting hardworking American families.”
Scott also recently blasted Obama’s race-baiting political hacks at the NAACP:
“I understand that the NAACP, at its annual conference in Kansas City, will vote today on a resolution condemning the Tea Party movement as ‘racist.’ I believe that the NAACP is making a grave mistake in stereotyping a diverse group of Americans who care deeply about their country and who contribute their time, energy and resources to make a difference.”
“As I campaign in South Carolina, I participate in numerous events sponsored by the Tea Party, 9/12, Patriot, and other like-minded groups, and I have had the opportunity to get to know many of the men and women who make up these energetic grassroots organizations. Americans need to know that the Tea Party is a color-blind movement that has principled differences with many of the leaders in Washington, both Democrats and Republicans. Their aim is to support the strongest candidates – regardless of color or background – who will fight to return our country to its Constitutional roots of limited government, fiscal responsibility, and free markets.”

The GOP “leadership,” meanwhile, stays head down with its collective tail tucked between its legs – despite how more and more evidence confirms this fight is one of freedom not one of racism.
Earlier this month, I wrote about the elitist ploys being used by the establishment to get us to feel better about the problem while never really solving the problem. For example, GOP ‘leadership’ wants to delay but not defund implementation of ObamaCare when the extirpation and dismantling of ObamaCare root and branch MUST be done at once and not put off for another day.
This same weak response pertains to the whole of Obama’s thus far unmitigated tyranny over the American people. But instead of uniting America’s conservatives of all color and creeds against Obama’s abuses and usurpations, our Beltway Lords allow Obama’s divide-and-conquer strategy to prevail. They are even employing the same strategy within the GOP itself, in an effort to quash the efforts of true conservatives and avowed constitutionalists.
But as we learned from the consummate primer on tyranny, Machiavelli’s The Prince, such theatrical efforts like “delaying rather than defunding” ObamaCare that fail to shift the balance of power leave the people “soddisfatti e stupidi” or “satisfied and stupid.”
We cannot allow 2014 to become another Washington spectacle set up to satisfy us while nothing that in fact restores, renews or secures our liberty is accomplished.
The lip-service patriotism being nurtured by the RNC must come to an end – WE MUST START ACHIEVING RESULTS.
The U.S. Constitution gives the U.S. legislature the power to impeach and remove abusive Federal officers. We MUST deploy it for if we in cowardice fail to reassert our constitutional sovereignty in this election and in this Congress – how then is our liberty to survive at the mercy of an unchecked tyrant?
We must take it upon ourselves to prove that we are fit to be free.
To do this – to cut Obama’s tyranny to the core – we must elect an impeachment Congress in 2014. We MUST present a united force representative of ALL Americans, agreed upon ONE objective: IMPEACHING OBAMA FOR HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS AGAINST INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY AND THE CONSTITUTION.
We must find and advance Frederick Douglass Liberty Messengers among us who are prepared to confront and defeat the Leftwing race-baiting rhetoric. We need to recruit, train and elect more Frederick Douglass Republicans, so Harry Reid will have to contend with face-to-face opposition MORE and MORE in the Senate like that he meets from Tim Scott. We need MORE and MORE principled civic leaders like Louisiana State Sen. Elbert Guillory and City Councilman Ralph Washington to leave the Democrat Party and take on the NAACP.

How many of their constituents are likewise still blinded by the progressive chokehold on our media, our Executive and the leadership of our Congress when they themselves hold the key to their own freedom and the key to the restoration of the American republic so admired by Frederick Douglass himself?
Nobody in the Establishment GOP or on the other side of the aisle wants you to know how recent data shows black families are severely suffering in the current economic downturn with skyrocketing unemployment, and loss of home values and household net worth – disproportionately to other demographic groups. Republicans ignore the 2011 Gallup poll showing 53 percent of black Americans identify as “very religious” with a large percentage self-identifying as politically conservative, promoting traditional values of individual responsibility and small government, and holding Christian pro-family, pro-life convictions.
No one on the Left is going to tell you or anyone else about this as they try to paint conservative Christian values as out-of-touch and our Constitution outdated – BUT WE WILL.

When announcing his party conversion, Sen. Guillory explained why he is now the FIRST BLACK REPUBLICAN IN THE LOUISIANA LEGISLATURE SINCE RECONSTRUCTION:
With each passing day, I have become disappointed in the Democratic Party. What would be the impact on schools due to immigration? One of the biggest disappointments has been breakdown of American families. Their policies have encouraged the high teen birthrate, high school dropout rates, high unemployment. Children are encouraged to get the welfare check instead of hunkering down to get an education. Minority unemployment is in the stratosphere.
I want better for my country and Louisiana. We must help America find her path home. The people in this room today seek an alternative solution to these problems of America. We have received some pretty good deals under the Republican Party.
Republicans helped LBJ pass the Civil Rights Act over the OBJECTIONS of most Democrats. President Nixon left Vietnam and brought the money home and invested in America; Obama hasn’t done anything like that.
I pledged my dues, and I look forward to creating new partnerships in the State of Louisiana. I am of this day joining Frederick Douglass as a Republican.
Similarly disillusioned with the Obama Democrat Party, new Frederick Douglass Republican Ralph Washington explained his own reasons for joining the GOP:
“… The value system I was raised up with, it really doesn’t side with the Democrats. … Some of the things I see happening today, with the entitlement programs, we have to change. We can’t continue doing the things we are doing and survive.”
This is just the latest PROOF of how powerful the Frederick Douglass Liberty message is… that our Christian principles transcend base party loyalties, and we must vote our value systems and most deeply held beliefs! We don’t have to compromise our conscience to participate in our common life as citizens, once we get beyond party identification.

The Frederick Douglass Liberty Message can change America’s political culture in less than one election cycle.
We can flip battleground states from blue to purple and even to red before 2014 – and make that transformation long lasting. We can change the “hearts and minds” of millions of Americans about their political loyalties, and re-ignite their passion for liberty. We must make ALL Americans aware of the Frederick Douglass liberty message. It’s the political game-changer. The plan to inform and inspire the black community with its own history and heritage, and unite America by rediscovering the patriotism and wisdom of Frederick Douglass is in place. We just lack sufficient funding to make it happen.
The communist left do not have an answer for the FDR message or the true American principles this movement embodies, and once it fully ignites on a national level, they will NOT know what has hit them!
In order to reclaim America, we must reclaim our culture, teaching uninformed voters about the American Dream, personified by Frederick Douglass. We have no concern for what party, if any, you belong to, we only care that you vote your most firmly held convictions. If you believe in personal responsibility, the U.S. Constitution, want limited government and respect life, you ARE a Frederick Douglass Republican. We seek to reclaim the Republican Party and restore it to the integrity it had when Frederick Douglass helped to form it as an abolitionist party, in opposition to slavery. As he said, “I am a Republican, a black, dyed in the wool Republican, and I never intend to belong to any other party than the party of freedom and progress.”
We must restore, renew, reclaim and continue that good work today. And if we cannot revive virtue within the GOP and find representatives who will stand united against the destruction of our ordered liberty and defend the Constitution, then as the Republican Party emerged from the ruins of the Whig Party – God will show us the way…
Today, we must find NEW BOLD CHALLENGERS who, like Tim Scott, Ted Cruz, Elbert Guillory and Ralph Washington are already in the fray – the conservative “minorities” prepared to take a stand and fight for the right regardless of “race” or victim politics, folks that Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid pretend DO NOT EXIST – and SUPPORT THEM whether in office already, running for office or just willing to fight for our Constitution.

As I’ve ranted in related threads, if conservatives were to get off of their couches and seize supermajority control of Congress in the 2014 elections, and I don’t know if that is possible in 2014 election cycle, then Congress could do the following concerning Obamacare. Congress would have the constitutional authority, under Clause 2 of Section 7 of Article I, to repeal Obamacare without Obama’s signature.

Where did that come from? As evidenced by the Constitution's Clause 1 of Section 3 of Article I, state lawmakers elected the federal Senate.

Some FReepers have this magical view that the country is majority conservative and the election of Obama was a fluke/fraud/etc.
The reality is that the demographic tides are swamping us. Every year 2.5 million (mostly white, majority R voting) people die and are replaced by (heavily minority, heavily D voting) people. Add in the ever-increasing numbers on entitlements and the numbers look grim to me.
The state legislatures elected the senators to address state matters ... not the house IMHO

The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each state, chosen by the legislature thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote.
There's no point in talking impeachment if this is the strategy. And since the discussion seems to be limited to political solutions, there's no point in talking about this problem at all.
That would be a giant waste of time. An impeachment would take a good 18 months to wind throw the process, so even if it succeeded (which it won’t, no way 66 senators will vote to convict) he’ll be 6 months from leaving office anyway. And all that attacking of him will make him sympathetic, giving him more public support, and with him Biden, thus moving Biden’s chance of being elected from “none” of “possible”. Impeachment does not play well with the audience, and the audience decides the next election. Impeachment did wonders for Clinton, made him the first president in 100 years to gain seats in his second mid-term.

Where are the Republican opponents of Tyrant Obama?
Why have the Articles of Impeachment for Tyrant Obama not been issued by US House Speaker Boehner, or Pro-Welfare Republicans Cantor or Ryan?
Have House and Senate Pro-Welfare Republicans formed a cave-in pact with Pro-Welfare Democrats to protect Tyrant Obama?
The main thing that Speaker Boehner is afraid of is being blamed for doing his job.
Speaker Boehner’s job now is to shut down the NON-ESSENTIAL parts of the US Federal Government until Obama’care’ is ABOLISHED, and keep it shut down for however long it takes.
Obama will continue to ruin America as long as Boehner is Speaker of the US House of Represenatives.
Four + years of Boehner has proven Boehner to be unfit to combat Tyrant Obama.
It is now up to the Members of the House to replace Boehner so that the new Speaker can shut down the non-essential parts of the US Federal Government ASAP in order to ABOLISH Obama’care.’
