Obama’s screwed. If he backs out now, it’s full steam ahead for the Iranians...no one will ever take his “red lines” seriously. Limited strike and Assad hangs on... same thing and you toss out millions on useless strikes. Take out Assad...risk radicals filling a power vacuum without prolonged US involvement which will be unpopular with the American public.
If they wanted to get involved, they should have done it months ago by arming the moderate elements. If they didn’t want to get involved, Obama shouldn’t have run his damn mouth about “red lines.”
Oh, and whatever you do, you don’t freaking leak info. about what you’re going to hit days in advance.
I’m convinced with or without allies, with or without congress or the people...and even with or without his own party...this mans going to do whatever he determines. It is a frightening thing to see nothing is stopping him.
