The judge gave him the maximum, which is nothing, and it’s pretty clear his hands were tied. What’s the point of having judges if they’re forbidden from keeping monsters off the streets ?

How come activist Judges can legislate from the bench when it suites their agenda but when it comes to crimes such as this they are forced to honor maximum sentencing laws?
