We must be reminded that Marco Rubio was never a natural born Citizen eligible for Article 2 Section 1 to be president. He was born before both his parents became naturalized U.S. Citizens when he was four.
That goes for Ted Cruz as well. He is not eligible for being born in a foreign sovereignty to a foreign national father. Ted was born with split allegiances making him a dual citizen and not a natural born Citizen.
